• Password (stored encrypted via Supabase Auth — we never see your password)
• Target grammar school and county
• Year group

Usage data

• Study progress — which topics have been completed
• Quiz scores
• Daily study streak
• Time spent on each subject

Payment data

• Subscription status (active, trial, cancelled)
• Payment is processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers
• Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing: stripe.com/privacy

Technical data

• Browser type and version
• Device type
• IP address (used only for security, not marketing)

• To provide and personalise the 11+ tutoring service
• To track study progress and display it to the student
• To calculate daily study streaks
• To manage your subscription and process payments
• To send important account emails (e.g. password reset, subscription renewal)
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns
• To respond to support queries

🤝 4. Data Sharing

We share data only with essential service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database and authentication (servers in EU/US). Privacy policy
• Stripe — payment processing. Privacy policy
• Netlify — website hosting. Privacy policy
• Anthropic — AI tutor (Falaq) powered by Claude. Messages sent to Falaq may be processed by Anthropic's API. Privacy policy

All providers are required to handle data in compliance with UK GDPR. We do not share data with any other third parties.

👧 5. Children's Privacy

• Accounts must be created by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child
• We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the tutoring service
• Children's data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties for commercial purposes
• Parents may request to view, correct or delete their child's data at any time by emailing letsgrammar@gmail.com
• We do not allow children to share personal information publicly on our platform
• In compliance with the UK Children's Code (Age Appropriate Design Code)

We use only essential cookies required for the service to function:

• Authentication cookie — keeps you signed in (session cookie, deleted when browser closes)
• Preference cookie — remembers your settings

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies.

• One account per student

Intellectual Property

• All content on Letsgrammar.com — including lessons, quizzes, study guides and materials — is owned by Letsgrammar.com and protected by copyright
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or sell any content without written permission
• Personal use for 11+ preparation only

Disclaimer

• Letsgrammar.com provides educational preparation resources. We do not guarantee admission to any grammar school
• Exam formats, dates and pass marks may change — always verify with your local authority and target school
• AI tutor responses (Falaq) are for guidance only and should not replace professional educational advice

💳 9. Subscription & Payments

• Free trial: 7 days free — no payment card required to start
• Monthly plan: £9.99/month — billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Annual plan: £97.10/year (saving 19% vs monthly)
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings. No cancellation fees. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: We offer a full refund within 14 days of the first payment if you are not satisfied. Email letsgrammar@gmail.com to request
• Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase
• Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store card details

✅ 10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account login with others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use the platform for any purpose other than personal 11+ preparation
• Copy or redistribute platform content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
